Service Description

Classical Mat Pilates - the first half of this class focuses on standing pilates & balance. During the second half of the class, we come down to the mat to focus on pelvic floor, hip stability & back work. Benefits of Pilates: - Improve posture - Improved mobility and movement - Improve balance - Improve core strength & stability - Improve muscle strength - Increase mental clarity and focus - Reduce stress Please bring a mat & some water.
