Shipping
Once your order has been placed, we will aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your product will be shipped by Royal Mail first class within 1-2 business days of your order.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but please contact us immediately by email with any queries on your order.
If you do wish to return your order for a refund or exchange, you will ned to contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please kindly note we can only accept items that have not been used or altered and is returned in a suitable re- saleable condition with the original packaging intact. Unless faulty, you will be accountable for the cost of returning your order to us.
