Pilates & Fitness Classes 

Gentle Mat Pilates

This is a soft, supportive mat-based Pilates class designed to improve strength, mobility, balance and posture in a calm and welcoming environment. Ideal for older adults or anyone who prefers a slower-paced, low-impact class, each session focuses on controlled movement, breathing and functional strength for everyday life.

Exercises are fully adaptable, making the class suitable for all abilities and experience levels, including those returning to exercise or managing joint stiffness or reduced mobility.

You will need to bring a Pilates Mat, a small Pilates ball or block and some water.

80's Sculpt: Legs, Bums & Tums

Group Dance Class

A fun, energetic evening workout set to iconic 80s music. This class focuses on classic legs, bums and tums sculpting exercises designed to tone, strengthen and energise the body, all in a lively and uplifting atmosphere.

 

Movements are simple, effective and easy to follow, making the class suitable for all abilities, whether you’re new to fitness or looking for a motivating workout with a nostalgic twist. Sessions may finish with a short, feel-good movement sequence to bring everything together — fun, funky and optional, with no complicated choreography.

 

Expect great music, a positive vibe and a workout that leaves you feeling strong, uplifted and ready to head home smiling.

Feel free to bring some resistance bands as occasionally you will have the option to use them!  You will also need to bring a mat and some water.
