Hi, I'm Camille
I’ve always had two great loves: the stage and helping people feel their best. My journey started in my late teens when I trained and worked as an actress in film, television, and musical theatre. Performing at a high level was exciting, but in my early twenties, while living in London, I realised the lifestyle of constant rehearsals, travel, and performance demands was taking its toll. That’s when I decided to work with a personal trainer—and it completely changed my life.
My Story
I’ve always had two great loves: the stage and helping people feel their best. My journey started in my late teens when I trained and worked as an actress in film, television, and musical theatre. Performing at a high level was exciting, but in my early twenties, while living in London, I realised the lifestyle of constant rehearsals, travel, and performance demands was taking its toll. That’s when I decided to work with a personal trainer—and it completely changed my life.
I discovered how much I loved movement, strength training, and the way fitness could restore not only my body but also my mind. That passion inspired me to take a step back from theatre, move to Bristol, and study fitness, sports science, nutrition, and wellness.
Since then, my career has taken me across the globe. I’ve worked in gyms in London and Los Angeles as a freelance personal trainer, consulted with studios, and even mentored other trainers. Alongside this, I’ve always had a deep interest in natural health. In my early twenties I trained with Holland & Barrett, gaining specialist knowledge in supplements and holistic wellness—an area I still love and integrate into my work today.
After becoming a mum, I felt called to specialise in postnatal fitness. I even presented a postnatal fitness show with Sky Fitness, helping other women rebuild their strength and confidence after childbirth. Today, I continue to run Grace Studio, offering boutique personal training, Pilates, barre, and wellness coaching for women in all seasons of life, with a particular focus on postnatal recovery and over-40 wellness.
And while fitness and wellness are my business, acting remains a big part of who I am. I still work in theatre, television, and film, and I love supporting other creatives. If you’re a dancer, actor, or performer navigating the demands of the industry, I can design training programmes to keep you strong, energised, and performance-ready—whether that’s preparing for a theatre role, maintaining your fitness on tour, or staying consistent while travelling overseas.
At the heart of it all, I’m passionate about helping women—and creatives—live with strength, confidence, and grace in body, mind, and spirit.
